VEGAN CREAM FROSTING
I use this frosting in making layer cakes or for a pudding topping and other dessert treats
• 2 (8 ounce) packages vegan cream cheese replacement
• 1/2 cup butter replacement, softened
• Maple syrup or Agave Syrup to taste
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and vegan butter replacment until creamy.
Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners’ sugar.
Store in the refrigerator after use.
