Vegan Dessert – Almond Butter Chocolate Squares

This is from our kitchen at the Catskills Bed and Breakfast and Vegetarian Spa

Don’t worry about amounts of ingredients.

1. Melt Dark chocolate and poor it into a square pan
2. Put in freezer for 10 minutes
3. Mix almond butter with Maple syrup or agave and vanilla extract
4. Spread almond butter on the frozen chocolate
5. Sprinkle a mixture of cocoa powder and grated coconut on top
6. Freeze again
7. Cut into squares
8. Done
